The real benefit
Panthenol at 10% functions as both a humectant and emollient — clinical data supports it at 1–5% for barrier repair, and 10% meaningfully exceeds that threshold. It draws water into the epidermis and reduces transepidermal water loss. Centella isolates (madecassoside, asiaticoside) add documented anti-inflammatory action. Squalane mimics the skin's natural sebum, locking in moisture without occlusion or heaviness.
What it does not
The honest limits
Does not treat active acne, regulate sebum, or reduce hyperpigmentation — no exfoliating or brightening actives. Bamboo extract at 0.35% is decorative at this concentration: antioxidant contribution is trace, not therapeutic. Does not replace a dedicated ceramide moisturizer for severely compromised or eczema-prone skin.

How to use
Apply as the final moisturizing step, morning or evening, after serums and essences have fully absorbed. A pea-sized amount is sufficient for the full face. Can be layered under SPF in the morning without pilling.
