PDRN Pink Peptide Serum

A five-peptide serum — Matrixyl, Matrixyl 3000, GHK-Cu, Argireline — backed by a PDRN complex at 10,000 ppm. The peptide roster alone justifies the shelf space. The PDRN story is more nuanced: injectable PDRN has strong evidence; topical delivery is still working through the science. Contains fragrance.

What it does

The real benefit

The peptide complex is the serum's most evidence-backed feature. Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4 (Matrixyl) and the Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1/Tetrapeptide-7 combination (Matrixyl 3000) have double-blind human trial data showing measurable wrinkle reduction vs. placebo. Copper Tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu) has strong wound healing and collagen/elastin synthesis evidence. The PDRN complex (Sodium DNA, Milt Extract, Salmon Egg Extract) at 10,000 ppm (1%) shows in-vitro A2A receptor activity — a PMC review (PMC10649580) reports 20–30% enhanced cell proliferation and improved barrier gene expression at 0.05–5% concentrations. Niacinamide adds brightening support.

What it does not

The honest limits

Injectable PDRN's strong clinical results do not automatically transfer to topical application. PDRN molecules typically exceed the 500 Da skin penetration threshold; the brand does not disclose an encapsulation technology to address this. Contains Parfum (fragrance, explicitly listed): not suitable for fragrance-sensitive skin. Isopropyl Myristate at position 4 carries moderate comedogenicity risk for acne-prone skin.

How to use

After toner or essence, before moisturizer. PM use recommended when combining with other anti-aging actives. Avoid layering with strong AHAs or BHAs at the same step. A few drops, press gently into skin.
