What it does
The real benefit
The hydrogel format is a genuine delivery advantage — sustained skin contact for 20–40 minutes improves absorption compared to a leave-on serum. Short-term: strong humectant delivery from glycerin, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, betaine, and sucrose explains the brand's measurable hydration results (+204%). Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (3rd in INCI) has published clinical evidence for antioxidant activity, hyaluronic acid synthesis support, and melanin inhibition (JAAD 2014, PMC9657190). If the 243 Da collagen fractions penetrate as claimed and the in-vitro fibroblast collagen synthesis data (+184%) translates in vivo, a real firming benefit is possible — but this has not been independently confirmed in a peer-reviewed RCT.
What it does not
The honest limits
Does not deliver structural collagen to the dermis the way injectables do — 'bio-collagen' implies more structural remodeling than any topical can currently demonstrate in an independent RCT. Penetration and collagen synthesis data are from brand-internal testing. Not a daily product — weekly or bi-weekly treatment format. Post-use hydration peaks quickly and needs sealing with a moisturizer to last.

How to use
